researcher as part of care team #39

IG/readme states (scientific) researchers can be part of the care team. Since researchers do not contribute to the care plan, and have a different legal basis for acces to data, I wouldn't use the same models as for regular clinicians. (WGBO)

At the moment our primary scope is primary data use. We think we can also use the SCP model for informal caregivers (like "mantelzorgers"). We could easily add a table like this (https://santeonnl.github.io/shared-care-planning/security-authorization.html#an-example-of-use-case-specific-access-rules) on top of the SCP model to model authorization for secondary use I guess.

Based on years experience as 'datasets-for-research-provider', I think (retrospective?) scientific research could really benefit a lot from participating/using SCP, because it gives a more holistic view on the data of a patient (AFAIK, this is the original, core reason for the Cumuluz project...). Totally agree that the legal basis of participation for researchers is different from primary care; one solution could be to ask for explicit consent
