What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install r96. (1.4.1003.102)
2. Open config dialog and launch the keymap editor.
3. Click any entry on the "Key (入力キー)" column to launch the key binding
editor.
4. Hit "ひらがな/カタカナ" or "Shift + ひらがな/カタカナ".

What is the expected output?
"Hiragana (ひらがな)" or "Katakana (カタカナ)" is displayed in the edit
box on the key binding editor.

What do you see instead?
Nothing happens.

This is a variant of Issue 136. See Issue 136 for the background information.
