IBus 1.5 support in ibus-mozc

Added a patch against Issue 159 and Issue 160. Next release will contain this 
patch.

Packagers, please note that there are incompatibilities between IBus 1.4.x and 
1.5.0 as follows.
- ibus-mozc build with IBus 1.4.1/1.4.2 -> not working well under IBus 1.5.0
- ibus-mozc build with IBus 1.5.0 -> not working well under IBus 1.4.1/1.4.2
