mozc.el: numeric keypad keys are not accepted #170

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Activate mozc mode.
2.Press keys on numeric keypad.

What do you see instead?
Characters are not appeared, error "Wrong response from server" and mozc.el 
aborted.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mozc-1.5.1090.102
GNU Emacs 24.1.1
on Arch Linux (x86_64)

Please provide any additional information below.
My keyboard layout is set as follows:
"XkbLayout"  "jp"
"XkbModel"   "jp106"
"XkbVariant" "OADG109A"

Attached a quick fix patch for r147.
Could you try it on this patch?

Unfortunately, I don't use the keyboard with numeric keypad now.
I'll try it but it will take some time.

I run into the same problem but with the pause, print and scroll lock keys 
(when modified by ctrl or meta).

Since this issue was originally filed against NumPad keys, please file a new 
bug for print and scroll lock keys.
