Please add NetBSD support #178

Current mozc lacks NetBSD support.
I have created NetBSD support patches.
You can find the patches in the following URL.

http://pkgsrc-wip.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/pkgsrc-wip/wip/ibus-mozc/patches/

Some patches are not suitable for mozc official distribution,
please ignore them.

We do not officially support NetBSD, because we do not have enough resources 
for the sustainable maintenance.  We appreciate your understanding.

On the other hand, we would like to improve the code portability to let you 
easily make patches.  Please file new issues about the code portability.
