Suggestion: inactivate-* v.s. deactivate-* in mozc.el

To follow a variable name change from 
`inactivate-current-input-method-function' to 
`deactivate-current-input-method-function' on Emacs 24.3 and later, mozc.el 
might want modification like the attached patch.
