mozc does not appear in "Regional & Language Settings" in Gnome 3 #200

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install mozc or mozc-ut (the one with the extra dictionaries from AUR

What is the expected output?
I should be able to add it to ibus using ibus-setup, or to the Gnome "Regional 
& Language Settings".

What do you see instead?
It doesn't appear in ibus-setup or "Regional & Language Settings". I can still 
run /usr/lib/mozc/mozc_tool, however, so I know it is installed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mozc 1.11.1522.102 on Arch Linux

Have you restarted your login session after installing ibus-mozc?
As of IBus 1.5.4, IBus makes the list of engines only when it is started, which 
means you need to restart ibus daemon to see ibus-mozc in the list.
