Add GitHub/Gitlab notifications action #56

added new action to fetch github notification service to view if you got new notifications in your projects or Merge requests (or for what github use this feature also).

EDIT: added Gitlab Todo pendant too.

Hope you enjoy and feel free to squash my commit mess ;)
