ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'yfinance'

this I have resolved with installing requirements.txt from quotexpy repo using

pip3 install -r requirements.txt

could you please help me understand why do I have to clone this repo as well? Can't I use it from pypi only? Please throw some light if I am missing something here, I am beginner to this and wants to learn more by building in public
