Implement GTDB database and associated functions

Create:

• tables for the GTDB basis
• tables with association with the classification of OTUs and ASVs in the platform
• functions for classification of representative sequences for OTUs and ASVs (instead of importing the classification from studies, an alternative could be to have GTDB classify those sequences)

UPDATES:

• qiime2 amplicon 2024.5 can be used to classify representative sequences using GTDB version 214
• Table gtdb_taxonomy was implemented on June (17-21)
• Admin functionalities for adding OTUs were separated from those used to add classification (which still needs to be adapted to connect OTUs with their corresponding GTDB taxonomy ids)
• Initial test data for GTDB classification for maize test data (test2) and for generation of Krona plots used GTDB version 214, but everything will be updated to version 220 as soon as qiime2 classifier (actually the RESCRIPT software) is updated to use 220.1
