Milestone review process for funded proposals #5

  1. The number of milestone reviewer should be odd e.g 3 reviewers so if 02 reviewers reject or approve then milestone will be rejected or approved.
  2. There should be a deadline for funded proposer and reviewer to take action on a comment on discussion box or resubmit. This to make process to be more productive instead of waiting for response from reviewer or funded proposer some time count by weeks for just minor miss-understanding.
