POTENTIAL: Sort Sapling levels by difficulty #100

Self-explanatory. You can do this by simply rearranging the order of the levels in the SubmittedLevelsLibrary array.

However, it would be good if multiple people ran through the submitted levels and provided some form of scoring for each level's difficulty. If you have any feedback recorded, it would be good to attach/link it to this issue.

It also would just be good for playtesting in general to run through all the levels, though it'll likely be time intensive

I still think this is worthwhile, since we have some information to work with. Alphabetical isn't bad either, but I'll leave the decision for this to @Casulono 's discretion
