Automatic extraction of zip files #563

On branch disable_auto_extraction I have changed two lines of code as a quick fix to disable the extraction of zip files on production. The changes are in this commit.

I know this should be done differently if we want to properly disable the auto extraction, but in the meantime, can you spot a problem with this approach @matthee?
