Rarely, but sometimes, a student group manages to create two submissions for an exercise.
This leads to problems later on when they try to upload files, and later when looking at results.
It is suspected that this is caused when two students in the group create a submission
at the same time (or very close to one another).
A potential solution would be to introduce a cap (of one) on the number of submissions
associated with an exercise_registration.
