Description:

Sanctuaries does not get added to Active Help

Current behaviour:

When completing the quest "Coming to Gridania" it should say that you have entered a sanctuary. Sanctuaries is not added to active help.

Expected behaviour:

When completing the quest "Coming to Gridania" it will say "You have entered a sanctuary" This is when Sanctuaries is added to the active help.

Edit: added more to expected behavior

It is not added to active help since we don't handle rested exp yet. Once we handle rested exp it will show up.

You can test this yourself by injecting the rested exp actor control (!add actrl 18 1)
