SubWil/ManWil MSQ and adding Item Icons to quest notices #935

Implemented ManWil005 and the quest battle that goes with it (Underneath the Sultantree)

Added Item Icons to all quests that had notices with a TODO for item icons marked beside them.

Implemented more SubWil quests (Ul'dah MSQ)

and some minor side quest fixes (SubSea) with setting BitFlag8
