Include a .gitignore #4

Every file under this project doesn't need to be committed to Git, hence you need to create a git ignore to eliminate such files. An example is the __pycache__ which doesn't need to be committed to git.

Kindly use this as a template git ignore file for your Python projects and recommit your code https://github.com/github/gitignore/blob/main/Python.gitignore
