New PR for examples #94

Hi guys,

As discussed with Saptak, I am adding examples in pe language in the repo, as it will be very helpful for people to understand our lang better with easy reference examples.

This is the first one, hello Peregrine,

I will be making others and adding soon

Also @SaptakBhoumik please close the old PR
