Remove plugin code and make it separate repository #14

The plugin code should be moved to a different repo named "opinator-plugin". Make two folders for chrome and firefox. Update documentation accordingly.

For the time being we only have the plugin for chrome so I haven't created separate folders. I have created the repo.
