Two options

From Visual Studio Team Services or some sort of github webhook, build the image and publish the latest on docker hub
Docker file does everything. Then the repository gets integrated with docker hub automation process. The question mark is if docker hub automation can build windows containers. As far as I notice, all images from microsoft are not automate. Required issue #11 first.

Tried to create a docker hub automation build but it seems as it is not supported yet.
