C2 looks like the two terminals are shorted together.
It looks like you're trying to get this to attach as a shield to an UNO. The two rows of 0.1" spaced header pins won't connect to an UNO. The UNO's headers have a particular pin spacing to prevent mis-connections. Perhaps you can find a template to help you with the pin spacing.
10k current limiting resistors on the LEDs are probably excessive.
PDFs have been uploaded! I think I set the width of the routes to 12 mil, did I do this right? I also was not sure how to move the origin back to the edge of the board.
