URMC analysis dates messed up #2

analyze_urmc_klebsiella.wf has dates messed up in the auspice tree. For instance:

GCA_001053235.1_ASM105323v1_genomic.fna

Inferred collection date 362-10-05 Date confidence interval (1901-01-01, 2023-04-20)

This seems like a bug, but a workaround could be to specify the year a sample was put on Genbank
