Gta chinatown wars crashing at intro and other places with cwcheats on.

I have tested this without cheats, it works okay. But when I start new game and then go for uncle Kennys, it hangs.

When the rapid fire cheat is also enabled, it crashes at higher wanted level.

It still hangs.
