[Feature Request]: setup signup for renter/providers

Feature Description

renter/providers will be able to singup on the website and will be redirected to a dashboard. I will work on the backend functionality and the FE page

Use Case

renter/providers signup, after this we can work on setting up a dashboard for the renter/providers
