Improve the User testimonial section

Hello @SaranshBangar The user testimonial is quite lagging . can make improvements to give it a better Ui/Ux . Will make it more responsive so that people can view it properly without any lagging effect.

Please assign this to me , as an Gssoc-24 Ext contributor and Hacktoberfest contributor I would like to tackle this problem.
