Late answer but i'm afraid it is not possible. @Saranshmalik can you confirm me there is no way to give to Zendesk Unified SDK the channel key for android & ios apps from these sources : https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408834810394-Working-with-messaging-in-your-Android-and-iOS-SDKs#ariaid-title13 https://developer.zendesk.com/documentation/zendesk-web-widget-sdks/sdks/android/getting_started/#obtain-the-channel-key

I'm updating this answer with a feedback from zendes support : it is currently not possible to customise Answer Bot through Unified SDK :
