censor link not work as expected?

Ok, this one gets filed with the understanding that the rest of the
functionality may not be implemented yet.

When I select a post to be censored, I expect to still see it as an admin.
 But when I log out and become anonymous, I expect that post to disappear.
 It does not.  Is that correct behavior right now?

To reproduce:

1. when you syncdb, add in test data.
2. log in as admin user
3. surf a thread and censor the top post.
4. log out.

Bug: when the view refreshes, the censored post is still readable by the
anonymous user.
