The AJAX-enabled functions are not compatible with CsrfMiddleware #31

All AJAX-enabled functions (both those in rpc.py and the new views
introduced in r191 to manage groups) need to embed the csrfmiddlewaretoken
in their POST data when the CsrfMiddleware is active.
