Feed's Do Not Respect Privacy

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Post a thread in a category set to be viewable only by users
2. log out
3. subscribe to feed
4. read post that should be invisible.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Threads in categories that are user viewable should only be viewable by users. 
Instead all people 
can view these threads within the feed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SVN from Nov. 5th

Please provide any additional information below.
(Sorry, this probably should also have been in 38, I just forgot)

Fixed in r214. Thanks for the report.

The feeds could be improved. There is no markup support right now and there 
should be
at least one feed for each category and thread.
