Dragging is mulfunctioning after the container or page has scrolled #35

Hello,

I've used your plugin for a big table which contains a lot of columns. As you 
may have guessed, horizontal scrollbar gets visible to display all the columns. 
But my problem is after scrolling the page horizontally, plugin works but while 
dragging a column, it behaves like i've not scrolled. It displays the draggable 
object in the wrong place and i've noticed that scrolling mixes up the columns 
i've been dragging.

I've reproduced a sample project (just a thin clone of my project actually). 
But you can notice that the reordering of columns are mulfunctioning when table 
container is scrolled.
