Include dealer ID in commercial landings extraction #53

Note: The historic ALS landings table from 1926-1978 will not have dealer information For the VWs created from ALS Landings (COM_LAND_ALSLAN and COM_LAN_PROP_ALSGC), the variable to include = 'DEALER' For the ACCSP VW, the dealer variable = 'DLR_LICENSE_NBR' For the GulfFIN VW, the dealer variable = 'DEALER_ID'

@sandraaguilar-noaa I just changed the variable to use for ACCSP from "SUPPLIER_DLR_ID" to "DLR_LICENSE_NBR". I am still waiting to get confirmation from Jade that this is the variable she uses the populate the ALS landings dealer field in her table for trip ticket years.

I did the changes o the views. I am using DLR_LICENSE_NBR on ACCSP (I think this is the right one) once we get answer from Jade, I'll refresh the MV.
