I need help determining if this should be a data bug or understand why this went into MH this way.
In the management history spreadsheet for SEDAR 70 greater amberjack, the first line indicates there is a seasonal closure for greater amberjack from Mar 1- May 31 that is still in place.
However, in the MH database, greater amberjack does not have any seasonal closures for the commercial sector. The first closure starts in 2009. The image below is showing all commercial closures we have for GOM greater amberjack.
If you look up that FR from the spreadsheet (62 FR 67714), the only regulation we have for greater amberjack is REG_ID 1131. However, this is a seasonal possession limit for the commercial sector from Mar 1 - May 31 for 1 fish per person per day. The language from the FR does not clarify things for me either. But if you look up the eCFR and follow the breadcrumbs....

HELP! @AdyanRios-NOAA how do you think this should go into MH? If we include possession limits in the "closure" story, then REG_ID 1131 needs to go in as 0 fish per person per day and we are then more true to the FR language, but the downside is that we need to include possession limits in the story......
