Hello I have a question: Is there a system like the game itself that restarts some tables with the Game Master command? For example, I added a new DBFilesClient to the setup folder and I want only the aowow_zones table Restart and import new files. Is there such a thing?

No, not for dbc files. Never anticipated a need for this. Only world sever tables can be resynced.
