Problem with myth of Empires plugin #8

Hello I used your Moe plugin because I was tired of updating the server manually but now I have the problem that the server cannot be started I did everything as it is in the instructions I could install and configure it without any problems but as soon as I click on start the error appears [05.09.2024-22:02:20][#1] Server: Fail to start [05.09.2024-22:02:20][#1] [ERROR] Exit Code: -1073741515 [05.09.2024-22:02:20][#1] Server: Fail to start and now I don't know what to do anymore hope you can possibly localize the problem if you need anything else let me know

-1073741515 is missing requirement libraries. Click on browse -> serverfiles and install everything in the _commonredist folder

Or start the exe manually, it should tell you what is missing. Or Google what software requirements the myth of empires dedicated server has
