Move data properties from sasview plottables to sasdata plottables #16

As noted in sasview/sasview#386, a number of data properties are stored in the SasView src/sas/qtgui/Plotting/PlotterData that should be stored here in sasdata/dataloader/data_info.

The one singled out in the sasview ticket is the name property, but others likely need to move as well.
