Transition all UTK services to interim server (Trac #1236) #7

As part of a long overdue upgrade we have put new hard disks into the old danse backup server and upgraded it to the latest ubuntu LTS. The next step is to migrate all service over from the current server to that server in preparation for upgrading the current server hardware and ubuntu version.

Need to progress the hardware upgrade. Whilst we can't arrange any hardware intervention at the moment, we need to ensure that the software/sysadmin parts are all done so that hardware upgrades could be done.

Danse 2 should have all new hardware at the moment so need to migrate everything over there and run from there. Only once that is done and running smoothly we can work on replacing hardware in DANSE1 which is the newer machine with more memory as I recall.
