Doc Update Formats in Sasmodels #479

This PR closes the loop on https://github.com/SasView/sasview/issues/1858 by providing a user with a link to the updated (via https://github.com/SasView/sasview/pull/1933 and https://github.com/SasView/sasview.github.io/pull/6) data formats information, and thereby addresses the comment made by @pkienzle in https://github.com/SasView/sasview/issues/1858#issuecomment-844476701.

A link has been added in sasmodels/resolution.rst to the SasView FAQ which then further redirects.

At the same time an explicit mention of SasView in the note in this file has been removed by rewording.

This should do the trick, though I note that after carefully recrafting a sentence to remove the word SasView, that word appears again in the same paragraph just a few sentences later 😄

LOL, yes, and in the opening para. We could write an issue to remove every occurrence of SasView from Sasmodels? :-)
