Provide enhanced plugin testing in GUI (Trac #1260)

Carried forward from http://trac.sasview.org/ticket/668:

The run_one() and compare.main() functions are currently only implemented in the developer version of !SasView.

They could be implemented in the release version and provided as menu bar options (eg, "Compare", "Compare Random" and "Show Help") to augment the complicated command line usage described in the docs.
