Confirm whether there is still an issue with being unable to analyze data if there are more than two materials #5

In the Malor paper, it is mentioned that DOSXYZnrc won't work if there are more than two mediums and so they had to do many different simulations and extrapolate. It's been a long time since that paper and we are on a new version of EGS. We should check if using more than 2 mediums presents an issue with dosage data collection/generation and analysis.
