Done:

• Found scope for thesis and methodology
• Concretized scientific contribution, gaining better vision for future of thesis
• Thesis Support Session on Thursday 25th
• Created a draft of the methodology in Overleaf
• Talked with founder of Standard Ebooks LLC for tips
• Peer reviewed other students' methodology

Not completed:

• Did not get as far with the methodology as I hoped, but I'm sure I can make up for the lost time

Next week:

• Work on implementing methodology
• Expand and update methodology according to the progress of implementation

Question:

• I have a good idea of how to measure my own method's performance, but since no other research currently has automatic methods for repairing EPUBs, I find it hard to know how to compare my work to other scientific works. Do you have any tips for that?

• Theoretical Comparisons: In the absence of direct examples, explore theoretical approaches or foundational algorithms in related fields. Comparing these to your methods can provide insights. Keep up the good work.
