update tiny_gltf header #61

New version includes the fix for the asset_manager declaration to make the Android target working correctly. Note that I'll send another small fix to get the Android version working, as TINYGLTF_ANDROID_LOAD_FROM_ASSETS is not defined for all .cpp files using tiny_gltf.
