Change order of sources to match e621 standards #24

The order of sources on the upload button should follow the standard of

  1. Submission page
  2. Direct url to image
  3. Artist/gallery profile
  4. Alternative submission page of same or inferior quality on another site
  5. Same as 4
  6. Same as 4
  7. ...

The current code lists the sources in the order of

  1. Direct url to image
  2. Artist/gallery profile
  3. Submission page

If I didn't do this, this is something that should be dealt with on e621's side at this point.
