Added the css type to the annotations array #99

This is related to #98 ... sorry for being late but I haven't recognized that I could add "css" to the default.json. This change cleans up the item.html.swig and allows to define other annotation elements for plain css (like "example" or "see").

Thanks for the follow-up, lookin' great.
Sorry not giving you that direction, but the css support is still somewhat "experimental" for us.
