"Add calendar" is on deprecated 'view ride offer' page #32

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Create a ride
Go to profile
Click one of the routes under 'my routes'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 View Ride Offer page should be changed to View Route
 Add To Calendar should be performed on a specific ride, it makes no sense
to perform it on the 'ride offer' (i.e. the route)

Additional Information
 I am fixing it now, this is just a FYI so you know it has been changed
