IE browser doesn't display red background on the warning window #47

The IE browser doesn't display the red background on a window that inform 
a user about compulsory fields not yet filled in when trying to create a 
new ride offer and new ride request on Offer a Ride and Request A Ride 
pages.

Fixed. The version of IE you were useing doesn't appear to support transparency 
in
CSS colours.
