Description

You are now able to add a new message that is tied to user 2.

Please delete options that are not relevant.

Testing Instructions

git fetch --all
git checkout rhc-messages-add-new
Navigate to the Messages tab in the browser and ensure you are able to add a message. Also, ensure said message displays in your database API thing.
