@Btimes2 I need your opinion After switching languages (showing the message), should switching BACK hide it again or not?

I thought about it. I believe that such a simple game should not ask for a restart, like, ever. If we cannot do this, then we should at least minimize the times it asks for a restart.

So yes, if it is not necessary to restart the game, it should not show such a message. If that means hiding a message, then that is the case.
