A user complained about the background being "too dark" when playing in a dark room. I have multiple ideas to solve this issue:

implement a light theme and a theme switcher
implement a light theme, and the app automatically switch between light and dark themes based on sensory data
permanently switch background to a lighter shade of gray, without changing anything else.

Löve2D can't access sensory data. For themes, is "app restart required" good enough? We can do it both ways, but if yes, it's simpler.

I think you should make the theme, I should only assist on the saving and loading side of it.
