competitive programming upgrade #21

hi @Satakshijain as a CPer and frontend developer I would like to completely enhance the competetive programming page by

adding more sites and resouces ,

making the UI interactive and also

adding a BEGGINER'S GUIDE to CP which is a major missing

please assign me this issue as I have already cloned the repo locally
