The navbar items should be in a single line and the navbar style and color should be more enhanced.

Hello, I'm interested in contributing to this issue in GSSoc'24. I propose adding a toggle button to the navigation bar to ensure it's displayed evenly and attractively. Additionally, I can arrange the important elements in a more visually appealing manner. I'm also open to incorporating any other features you'd like to see in the navigation bar. Please assign me to this issue.
